I did three sets of ink blending to make these cards. Firstly I taped the stencil to a piece of white cardstock and blended the whole stamp. I then cut this into strips which I used to make three cards. The first card has three of the strips, popped up with foam tape, and a die cut sentiment, which I coated in Glossy Accents to help it stand out.
This next card used another of the strips. This time, I used the stamp set and heat embossed the sentiments in white before adding a faux stitched border with white gel pen. A couple of pearls completed the card.
This next card uses cork board from my local ¥100 store. I was originally looking for some fun foam to prop up my sentiments, but they were out of stock and I happened across this. It doesn’t hold its shape as well as foam, so when using it as a backing, I had to adhere the paper first and then die cut, but the bonus was that it works brilliantly on its own as a top layer. I have used my score board to score some lines at the top and bottom of the card. They’re very subtle in the photo, but can be seen in real life!
This next card reverses the blending process. I first heat embossed through the stencil using Versamark ink and white embossing powder, and then I blended over the top, so that the colours are the reverse of the other cards. I then added the sentiment, mixing the stamp and die sets.
Finally, I ink blended four of these snowflake patterns, and cut them out before adding them to the card with foam tape. I also blended some inks onto a piece of paper to use for my sentiment so that the colours would match. This may be my favourite of all the cards, I think.

I hope that you are having a wonderful week. My heart goes out to those affected by the bushfires in Australia. Having experienced Black Saturday, I know the fear and anxiety you must be living with right now.
Until next time, stay safe.
Blessings,
