Hello friends and welcome to the first of my posts for Paper Rose this month! Today I’m sharing a fun die along with one of my favourite stencils so let’s get into it!
Paper Rose Products used: Ornament Scene Window Metal Die, Stitched Rectangles Nesting Dies, Stitched Circles Nesting Dies, Spots and Dots Stencil, Crisp Christmas Sentiment Sheets, Whisper White Shimmer Cardstock, White Cardstock, Card Bases (AU), Crystals
Other products used: Paper Glaze, Vellum, Alcohol markers
Technique:
- Die cut panel of Smooth White cardstock using second largest rectangle die, place under Spots and Dots stencil and apply paper glaze. Wipe off edges and set aside to full dry.
- Die cut Ornament Scene from Whisper White Shimmer Cardstock, using centre cut out piece create a hill for your scene. Use alcohol markers to colour all the pieces.
- Die cut circle from vellum and attach ornament pieces.
- Glue Spots and Dots panel to card base, then glue vellum circle on top.
- Add crystals and sentiment as shown.
