Hello friends, a card for the cricket player or lover in your life, a mini square note-card using one of the new cricket dies from Paper Rose.
Paper Rose Products used: Small Cricket Player with Bat die, Distressed Mesh Stencil, Blending Brush, Square Stitched Nesting Dies, Poppies stamp set (sentiment)
Other products used: Neenah 80lb cardstock, Kraft Cardstock, Green cardstock, Black cardstock, Distress Oxide in Mowed Lawn and Ground Espresso, Versamark ink, White embossing powder.
Technique: I stenciled a small circle of the Distressed Mesh with Mowed Lawn onto the Neenah cardstock and set aside to dry. I cut two cricket players from the craft cardstock and darkened one up using Ground Espresso Distress Oxide. I glued those together slightly off centred to create a shadow effect.
I then cut a square from the Neenah inked panel and glued my player down onto it. I added that to my green square, and then added that to a small square note card. I heat embossed the sentiment and attached to the card front.
Thanks for stopping by
